Breast cancer exercise group. Group classes that offer an individually tailored exercise session to suit your goals, abilities, surgical/specialist precautions. You will be supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and have an individualised program to complete within the group setting. You can expect to meet others in similar situations to yourself to share your experiences with along the way.
