Kate Perkins is a passionate practitioner in the field of breast cancer rehabilitation, dedicated to helping each and every one of her clients return to living a life they love as soon as possible.
She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy); is a registered Occupational Therapist with Allied Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA); a member of the Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA), an accredited Level 1 Lymphoedema Therapist on the National Lymphoedema Practitioner Register (NLPR) and is a Certified Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist.
I've been an OT and Lymphoedema therapist for over 10 years and am passionate about helping women regain their movement, energy and quality of life after breast cancer diagnosis.
We created The Foundation Program online course to reach women all over the globe who want to give themselves the best chance of recovery through a guided exercise program.
My mission is to help women feel more empowered, more confident and less alone as they traverse the highs and lows of treatment.
