BCNA's Helpline is a free and confidential telephone service that offers support and information for women, men and their family members affected by breast cancer. The Helpline is staffed by experienced cancer nurses and whilst our nurses cannot provide specific medical advice they can provide information, support and referral to help people during and after breast cancer treatment.
Anyone who has been affected by breast cancer can call the BCNA Helpline on 1800 500 258 between 9am-5pm (AEST) Monday, Wednesday and Friday and between 9am-9pm on Tuesday and Thursday (AEST).
The cancer nurses on the BCNA Helpline can provide information on a range of issues you may be experiencing during and after breast cancer such as fatigue, sexual wellbeing, financial challenges, issues returning to work and physical activity. They can also point you in the direction of local support services in your area and arrange for BCNA resources to be sent to you free of charge.
If you need an interpreter, please phone 13 14 50.
You can also contact the Helpline via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
