Recover Wellbeing

Recover Wellbeing is a Pilates and Holistic Health Studio. We offer multiple therapists, Pilates, Lymphoedema treatment and manual lymphatic drainage as well as scar tissue therapy, taping, education and breast and shoulder rehabilitation with a registered Occupational Therapist and Lymphoedema practitioner. Everyone is made to feel welcome and nurtured in our comfortable studio. We can provide private health rebates (for Occupational Therapy and remedial massage), NDIS plans and GP care plans.
