Homelessness Services

We give people in a housing crisis a supported pathway out of homelessness. Launch Housing offers Melbournians emergency shelter, crisis accommodation, specialist supports, and rough sleeping services so those at risk can secure a safe home.

To access our services your first step is to go to a Launch Housing office (access point) at Collingwood, St Kilda or Cheltenham.

At a homelessness access point you will be given an assessment, housing information and accommodation assistance.
