We offer free mental health and wellbeing support for children up to 12, with developmental, behavioural, and, or emotional challenges. We support families in the Caboolture-Morayfield area in North Brisbane, and the Yarrabilba-Logan area in the South.
We help families manage their mental health by reducing stress, improving relationships and providing support.
Your child doesn’t need an existing diagnosis to get help from us.
Our team includes a range of allied health, nursing, medical and lived experience staff.
We’re not a crisis or emergency service. If your child is at risk of hurting themselves or someone else, call Triple Zero (000) or go to an emergency department.
Children, young people, adults, families and carers, health professionals are welcome to contact the Head to Health phone service 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Simply call 1800 595 212, share your post code, and the team will ask you some brief questions to help find the right support for you - whether that’s H2HK-Q Brisbane, other health services or specialised care.
If H2HK-Q Brisbane is the right service for you, the Head to Health phone service will submit a referral to us and our friendly team will get in touch with you.
Once we have your referral, we will schedule a time with one of our team members to discuss your child and family’s needs. This helps us create a plan to ensure that your child and family receive the most appropriate and effective assistance. We may also refer to alternative service providers if needed, to help achieve the best possible outcomes for your child and family.
Your child doesn't need a referral from a GP or another service provider, but if they refer you, they can also help support your child's care.
If you need to get in touch with this service, please use the content details above.
