Developed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, CanStrong is designed to ensure people undergoing, or have gone through cancer treatment, are meeting the requirements for exercise - in order to manage the side effects of treatment, remain strong and healthy and get back to life.

Cost: $169 for the initial consult, with individual 30min follow ups now $79, and group classes $33/session.  Medicare and Private Health rebates may apply. 

CanStrong program is in person at our Brookvale and Warriewood clinics,  however this can be supplemented with a home program if the client wishes.
