Physical Wellbeing

1. Training in self-massage and stretches to manage stiffness that can follow radiation.
2. Soft tissue treatments for upper- body weakness, pain or arm movement restrictions
3. Skin and muscle massage for all phases of breast reconstruction
4. Core retraining for breast reconstruction involving abdomen 
5. Treatments for problematic scars (thick seroma, mastectomy, cording)

Telehealth service:

Evaluate scar and cording treatment needs.

Train client or partner in hands on massage methods for muscle and skin changes at  chest/ breast.
