Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, 305 Grattan Street, Melbourne VIC, 3000
The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC), A Richard Pratt Legacy, is a multidisciplinary team working to improve outcomes for cancer survivors. We work with health professionals, survivors, community organisations and policy makers to improve outcomes for survivors. While we do not provide clinical services, we work with a broad range of providers to enable care. We also connect survivors and those close to them with information and support about the time after treatment.
Our resources are relevant to survivors all over Australia. We also provide group education events for Victorian cancer survivors.
The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre is proudly supported by Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, The Pratt Foundation and the Victoria Government.
