Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is saddened to hear about the death of Dame Olivia Newton-John today.

Olivia will be remembered for her dedication to improving patient-centred care through her tireless advocacy and the commissioning of the Olivia Newton John Cancer Wellness and Research centre in 2012.

Olivia’s dedication to building public awareness for those living with metastatic breast cancer was an inspiration to many.

Olivia generously shared her journey of living with breast cancer and will be sadly missed as one of Australia’s much-loved ambassadors.

Today, we send our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.
