Balancing the scales: Kirsten Pilatti on equity in women’s healthcare

‘Balance the Scales’ was the UN Women Australia theme for International Women’s Day on March 8, 2026.

Recently, our CEO Kirsten Pilatti spent some time with the team at Sussan – BCNA’s long-time partner – to talk about what this year’s theme means to us. In this video , she also explores how the phrase ‘Balance the Scales’ links with ‘By Women, For Women’, the motto that guides Sussan.
