Welcome to BCNA

Welcome to BCNA

Welcome to Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).

You have joined a growing group of valued health professionals who want to be part of Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation.

BCNA provides information and support to those diagnosed and their supporters, opportunities to connect with others going through a similar situation and work to influence a stronger healthcare system to ensure all Australians affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support.

We understand that as a busy health professional, whether you are practicing in a bustling metropolitan city or a remote rural town, your time with your patients is often very limited.

We know that you are navigating complex issues with less support services than ever before. That’s why BCNA is here to help support you, your colleagues, your community and your patients, by providing practical, relevant and accessible information and resources at no cost to you or your patients.

From this section of the website, you can access all the latest resources we have to offer you as a health professional when supporting your patients. This includes a log in to refer your patients to our My Journey platform, offering them trusted and tailored information for each type of breast cancer, and access to order the My Care Kit, featuring a complimentary post surgery Berlei bra.

We also invite you to subscribe to our dedicated Health Professional Network News, a bimonthly e-newsletter designed to keep you up to date with all the latest from BCNA including:

  • breast cancer research highlights
  • information on new treatments
  • BCNA’s advocacy priorities
  • upcoming events
  • new and featured resources.

If you need any assistance accessing our resources, or you have any questions, you are welcome to contact Anna at hp@bcna.org.au or you can call BCNA’s Helpline on 1800 500 258.

Thank you for joining our network. BCNA’s relationship with health professionals is pivotal to ensuring we reach as many people diagnosed as possible, so they have access to the very latest evidence-based information and resources throughout their breast cancer experience.

Yours sincerely

Kirsten Pilatti
