Care Connect Cancer Support Program

This 8 week cancer support program aims to help you maintain physical wellness and manage typical side-effects, such as fatigue and appetite. Your personalised program will support you throughout your treatment and into recovery and will be delivered using video calls and other easy to use tools, meaning you can access it from nearly anywhere.

Open to anyone with a history of cancer and their carers.

The cost of the eight-week rehabilitation and support program is $385. One off sessions are $120.
