This booklet has been designed to help you continue with a regular exercise program if you have one already, or get started if you don’t. The content covers the benefits of exercise, recommended exercise targets, practical tips to help you stay motivated, and an exercise diary where you can keep track of your achievements. Exercise programs that may be available locally are also included. If you’re struggling to get started with exercise during or after treatment, this booklet might help.
