BCNA hosts complementary therapies webcast
Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is hosting a free webcast on complementary therapies on 13 February.
The webcast will be held in conjunction with Melbourne Integrative Oncology Group (MIOG) to discuss complementary therapies, how they differ to alternative therapies, the importance of clinical research, the risks of Doctor Google and how to find evidence-based, reliable information around complementary therapies.
The webcast will be facilitated by BCNA CEO Kirsten Pilatti and MIOG lead clinician Tanya Wells. It will run from 9:30 to 10:15 am in ACT, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania, from 6:30 to 7:15 am in WA, from 8:00 to 8:45 am in Northern Territory, from 9:00 to 9:45 am in South Australia and from 8:30 to 9:15 am in Queensland.
It will be an interactive webcast, where viewers will hear from presenters and have the opportunity to ask questions online.
