“My heart sunk when I heard the news. I felt sick to my stomach. But it was Dad who took it the hardest. My family had seen what cancer had done to my Mum and they didn’t want to watch me go through the same thing.” - Stephanie
Stephanie was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at age 22.
1 in 7 Australian women and 1 in 670 men are at risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer this year. What if I am the one? is a question that too many Australians ask themselves. At Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) we are here to support all Australians affected by breast cancer and we can only do that through generous tax deductible donations.
The Tax Appeal is our biggest donation campaign of the year and will run until midnight 30 June 2021. This is a great opportunity for you to get a tax refund through your donation to BCNA. After a tax deductible donation is made, you will receive a receipt immediately via email which you can then claim with the ATO.
Our Tax Appeal in 2020 raised over $200,000 for BCNA through more than 2,000 generous donors. This tax-time we are hoping to surpass that amount with your help.
Your donation this tax-time can help Australians like Stephanie receive tailored, factual and up-to-date information and support through BCNA’s resources.
