Important My Care Kit update

As many of you are aware, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 causing stock delays, we are unable to provide Post-Surgery Bras in some sizes.

Berlei and BCNA have been working together to come up with an alternative so we can still provide support to your patients.

We are pleased to confirm we will now be able to provide a gift voucher in place of the traditional My Care Kit post-surgery bra for sizes that are out of stock. This voucher, valued at $70, can be redeemed online at and will allow your patient to purchase a post-operative bra, or alternative item of their choice.

Ordering bras and vouchers

All orders for My Care Kit Bras or vouchers still need to be made through BCNA’s health professional portal

You will still be able to order soft forms and/or an extender when placing the voucher order through the portal.

Your patient will still receive a welcome letter outlining BCNA’s services as well as other items in the My Care Kit, including the Medicare breast prothesis reimbursement flyer and the My Care Kit booklet.

The only difference will be that these items will be posted to your patient in an envelope rather than the pillow box packaging unless you are also ordering soft forms.
