BCNA was delighted to contribute the article, ‘BCNA Consumer Leadership – An innovative approach to cancer consumer representative training’ to the latest edition of Consumers Health Forum of Australia’s Health Voices ejournal.
The article discusses BCNA’s Consumer Representative Program, Seat at the Table, our two-year project to innovate the Consumer Representative Training Program to a blended learning approach consisting of online courseware and workshops, and the importance of partnering with breast cancer consumer representatives in all decision making about breast cancer policy, research, resource development and service delivery.
