At BCNA we know that a breast cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming for your patients. There’s so much information for them to consume and they need to make a lot of decisions. Often a phone call can make all the difference.
The friendly staff on BCNA’s Helpline can provide those diagnosed, and their families and carers, with compassionate and practical support whenever they need it. From diagnosis, through all phases of the cancer experience, we listen, support and refer callers on to the services they need.
