Looking for the best Plastic Surgeon for Bilateral Recon - Canberra or Sydney

Hi all, I'm hoping some of you out there can help me with some answers and recommendations?
I was diagnosed last year at age 36 with Stage 1, Grade 3, triple negative BC, clear margins, 0/6 lymph nodes. I had a lumpectomy, followed by chemo (TC x 4) and then radiation. About half way through my radiation treatment I received the news that I was BRCA 1 positive.
