The weather is getting me down.
Spending a lot of time on the online shopping sites, not good for my wallet.

feeling better
Feeling better today, the sun was out, not for very long, but better than no sun.I have just started with a Personal Trainer this week which has given me more energy.I am also sleeping a little better.
We are going to see the sea tomorrow, hope the rain holds off.

Hello, how are you. Sorry about not writing back.
We are busy with our Breast Cancer Support Group. One of our ladies has gone onto pallative care.It has knocked us all. It just brings it all back again. We are so lucky to be here and to have good health.
The weather is still dark and windy. This doesn't help with the moods much but I'm not complaining.How is your life going? Still enjoying those lovely children? Every minute is precious.

Back from holidays. Had 2 days of sunshine and 2 days of rain. It was nice to get away. Mood is lifting.
