Wig help please
Hi, Just about to start chemo, have bought hats and scarves and not sure if I could wear a wig.
The wigs at our wig library looked really fake and I am in the country and trying to look on the net.
Some suggestions on good brands and whether to get microfilament, real hair etc. thanks, Kylie
The things kids say
Had my axillary clearance two days ago after positive sentinel.
Staggered out of hospital with the drain in the bag made by some fantastic volunteers (also cushion permanantly attached)!!
My eleven year old son took one look at my drain and said "look Mum's got a noodle full of boob juice".
I smile every time I look at it now, despite how much I hate it.

Hi, I am 43. Diagnosed in November, lumpectomy and sentinel node in December which came back positive. Waiting for full lymph removal in a few weeks and then wait and see.
I love reading everyone's comments. You all seem so positive and have been through so much. I feel scared and unsure and admire you all so much. Thanks to everyone for giving so much support.
