Lympheodema update
Hello again lovely pink ladies,
I have been to see my surgeon and I have mild lympheodema but fortunately will be able to go on our trip to Vanuatu. I am seeing a lympheodema nurse next week to help me manage it.
So far tamoxifen treating me quite well, side effects are manageable., apart from the weight gain. I started on lite and easy today so I'm hoping I can get back on track. Sometimes it's so hard I tell myself you have been through so much, why not have some chocolate, chips etc, and other times I say no you shouldn't!

Hi there lovely ladies,
It's been a while since my last blog, have spent my time getting over radiation, and trying to re-gain some strength.
My hubby and I have planned a lovely week in Vanuatu on July 4th which we are both really looking forward to.
I have had a really sore arm for the last week, so went off to the GP today to ask about it. My arm is very swollen and my doctor was concerned enough to call my surgeon to get an emergency appt tomorrow.
I am hoping it won't interfere with my holiday. I was hoping it would be the end of oncology appointments for a while.
