Highlighting BCNA in the community

Posted by Mandy Forteath on 31 Aug 2010, 09:31AM

Exciting day today- I am meeting with the powers that be to arrange a display in the Launceston Library for the month of October. I have printed out a begging letter (lol) and taking samples of what will be in the display and keeping fingers and toes crossed.

Meg has arranged for our October mini field to be at the Royal Launceston Show, which will have thousands of people walking by. She has cover so even if it rains she will be able to have maximum exposure of BCNA.

I am also receiving and making contact with the individual women that make up our 2010 Community Liaison Group. They came from all over Oz and it is wonderful to feel their support.

Go girls!
