Part of the Journey

Its been quite a while since I have written anything on my blog but since I did, I have had a mastectomy followed by reconstruction. It was a long operation, but I am pleased that part of my journey is behind me. Not only has it been physically draining, but mentally. I liken it to a rollercoaster ride in so many ways. I still have a few minor surgeries to go.. 2 in the up coming weeks but I know they are just part of the course I have to undergo.
