Hi, I am on my new pain management regime and wondering if anyone has had success with acupuncture? I have got the jitters from new medicine hence being up at 12.06 writing this.......so annoying. Have heard some good stories about it.

Oh dear

Last Monday I went in for my regular treatment and seven days later have finally got home. I have had a fever and racing heart combined with runaway pain in my new spots in my thoracic spine. I was aware I wasn't feeling too good but that was a shock. So now off for some radiation and more medications. Honestly, it's a massive roller coaster  ride. One day/week/months I'm fine and then bang it all starts up again. GRRRR so frustrating! It's creating all sorts of problems with my job as well as leaving colleagues in the lurch so feel bad about that. It's a whole other issue really.

I had an interesting chat with my pharmacist the other day as we discussed various drug regimes. He said its worth doing as amazing new drugs are always being developed and new treatment regimes. Very true and worth keeping in mind during those dark moments.
