New Life

Posted by Cazz on 02 Dec 2010, 04:16PM

Well it's almost 2 years on and I feel great to know that breast cancer hasn't beaten me it's just made me stronger. I now have the courage to take on a new path that i would not have considered two years ago. I have always wanted to start my own business and beginning January I will be on my way to making it happen.

So while breast cancer has probably been the worst thing that has ever happened to me it has also given me a new life. I have met some wonderful people on this journey who have changed my life, people I would not have met otherwise.

So if you're reading this and everything looks bleak because for me there were times when I felt very bleak, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and sometimes it's better than the one you left behind.

Hi Cazz.

Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary. What an uplifting story. It reminds me of my dad saying as I was growing up "what doesnt kill you, makes you stronger". That is what your story brought to mind as I read it.

Sooo, What is your new business venture? Anything us girls can help you out with? Do Tell. Cancer certainly makes you think about the path you are on and if its still important to you.

Congrats again and I wish you all the best in your new path and look forward to reading what you are going to take on in January. Take Care.

Cheers

Thanks Chrissy. My business will be based on health, fitness and well-being something very close to my heart these days. I hope it will be something I can share with others on this forum. I will keep you posted.

Best wishes,
