Last Sunday was my 2 year anniversary of being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Celebrated the day with dinner and yummy deserts with my immediate family, my two closest friends and their familes. They have been there so much for myself and family.

Results on hysterectomy.

Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know that the doctor rang with the results on the hysterectomy and it was all benign.

So Yeah not cancer again.  Now that I have had the whole lot remove including ovaries I am no longer in the high risk group of 60-80% chance of ovarian cancer with by BRAC2 gene.  This is such a big relief to me.

So hopefully once I get over the soreness of my operation I will be able to get back to enjoying life again.

Take care all

Hi everyone I am off to the hospital now, to have my hysterectomy this afternoon.

 Feeling a bit nervous.

I was doing really good until people start asking me what I was having removed and I said, my ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus and cervix.

They replied your ovaries, oh well at least you hormone treatment will work. Then I replied, I cant have hormone treatment because of my breast cancer.  They said you poor thing.

Hi lovely ladies,  I have been every now and again on the network to check how you all been.

I thought I better give an update on me.  Well I have been doing really great.  There is times I am still extremely tired but with Xmas and four girls that could also add to the tiredness.

I had my nipple reconstructions they took really well.  One has shrink more than the other but i see plastic surgeon on 13 february and see what he advises.
