My story

My invasive ductal carcinoma was diagnosed within the last week by ultrascan, which I have annually due to very dense breast tisse.  The cancer did not show up on mammograms and was found 'by accident'.  I am very fortunate.  I am scheduled for surgey next week.

Hello Out There!  This is my first post as I am finding my way around this site.  I was diagnosed a week ago and am scheduled for surgery in a weeks' time.  I'm in Newcastle, NSW.  I just wanted to test the water of this site and see what happens.  Good luck to you all.
