Sorry I haven't replied to all your individual posts but this is literally the first day that I have felt remotely human again.
I actually got up this morning and had a bit of egg for brekky. All I've eaten for the past 3 days is fruit, crackers and toast with Vegemite.
It's all I could stomach really.
I'm definitely finding eating very small meals often seems to be helping with the nausea.
I sit up for a while after eating then head back to my bed.
My sister is coming down today to help with a very much needed sheet change - lol.
I'm finding water is tasting metallic already. I'm not a real fizzy drink fan. I've tried ginger ale and lemonade but neither of those are doing it for me either.
Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe diet cordial?
