pre surgery symptoms
HI EVERYONE FINALLY I HAVE A DATE FOR SURGERY 23RD AUGUST 7 WEEKS AFTER I FOUND THAT NASTY LUMP 6 WEEKS AFTER BIOPSY . I JUST WANT THIS CRAP GONE SO THAT I CANT START TREATMENT AND GET BACK TO NORMAL (AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE). I KNOW I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO.
lumpectomy vs mastectomy
I would like to thank all the women who have posted all their personal experiences on here. I had decided to take the mastectomy option, but have had niggling doubts, your posts about this issue has re-enforced the decision i have made and i no longer have to question myself. Good bye to the breast You have served your purpose and are no longer needed. As for you cancer you are a foe that has no place in my life, or the rest of ours so be gone never to return, may all you ladies be well and god bless you.
day 1
For me it is not really day one it has been three weeks since the core biopsy on the right breast, but it is day one because it will be the hardest yet, The pain i will feel when i inform my two children 7 and 5 that mummy is sick will be the worst "emotionally".
