Look Good Feel Better
Look Good Feel Better is a progarmme designed for people who are having chemotherapy. The aim is to discuss skin and hair loss problems whilst on chemo and how to manage them. Meet people who are going through chemo like you in an informal, fun environment. Free things too!!
Need to book a week in advance at the latest!! Places fill quickly.

Exciting Environmental Risk Event
Renowned researchers, Professor Ian Shaw, and Professor Murray Mitchell, at the invitation of the Breast Cancer Network, will be part of an expert panel hosting a public seminar on Breast Cancer and Environmental Risks.

Gentle exercise programme held over 8 week. Floor exercises and some pool aquarobics (you don't need to know how to swim). Plus discussions of subjects of groups preferences.
