Q. Can I get a sample copy of the My Journey Kit and the Hope & Hurdles Pack?
Yes, we send a sample kit free of charge to health professionals who treat and care for women with breast cancer. Call 1800 500 258 to order.
Q. Can I have a stock of My Journey Kit and Hope & Hurdles Packs to give to women?
No. We prefer to distribute information resources directly to women so that:
- women are linked to BCNA and receive regular magazines, as well as invitations to events in their local areas
- the latest version is provided, as we update the contents regularly
- we can gather information to evaluate and monitor distribution
- we can track where the resources are going to identify gaps and tailor our promotional strategies accordingly.
We encourage Health Professionals to display our promotional posters in their workplace and maintain a stock of promotional postcards that can be given to women at diagnosis.
Q. How can I order promotional posters and postcards?
You can order My Journey Kit and Hopes and Hurdles promotional posters and postcards online, call us on 1800 500 258 or email us at beacon@bcna.org.au. We will send you as many as you need.
Q. How can I get a service or resource added to the state-based resource sheets?
We produce these sheets in-house so they can be updated quite easily. If you know of a resource that has been particularly helpful to others with breast cancer, please let us know by calling us on 1800 500 258 or emailing us at beacon@bcna.org.au. We will then consider this resource for inclusion on future sheets for that state/territory.
