Sarah Grimshaw is a Pilates practitioner with many years experience in rehabilitation.  Having also trained in Counselling, Sarah applies her skills and knowledge in a nurturing and supportive manner to aid clients in their journey towards physical and psychological healing and well-being. 

In the years Sarah has been teaching she has worked with many breast cancer survivors and enjoyed supporting them and being part of their healing journey towards optimum health and lifestyle.

Clients generally begin their Pilates work in one:one sessions and progress to small group studio classes and in some cases are able to attend mat classes as well.
