YWCA Encore is a free 8 week program designed for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life. It incorporates gentle floor and pool exercises, relaxation techniques, information and support in a safe, fun and therapeutic way.

I had a great time participating in the Encore Program in Albury and met some wonderful new friends. Thoroughly recommend everyone participate!
