I thought after more than 2 years of starting this group, I should post something and get started on becoming a bit better "admin" of our Adelaide Girls!
Would love to hear any updates on treatments or health or better still....NEW THINGS IN OUR LIVES (if that's where you're at?)
Since I posted last I've been very busy getting back into work, have done a few things with BCNA (including attending the National Summit last Oct in Sydney)

Hi all, a few of you may know me, but it has taken me awhile to come here. Basically I am a Registered Nurse and had BC waaaay back in 2006. I made it through all the treatments and am now back working in a job with a major public hospital.
I am going to the forum at the wine centre on the 17th as I missed getting a seat for the last one.

Hi to all the Adelaide Girls, have just joined this group and am hoping that someone can give me the heads up on what a community liason officer for bcna is and what you do, have read about a few ladies here being one but am not sure on what it is all about.
Anyway i am slowly recovering from all the treatments, hair is growing back and i have eyelashes again, very happy about that, now just need to loose the weight that i put on while being so tired and not doing much exercise.
wine centre event
Hi Adeladies; I'm going to the event at the wine centre; hope to meet some of you there. Maybe we should all wear something to identify ourselves so we can find each other a bit easier... my hair is growing back so I don't look as bald as in my profile pic -- better update it!
