The Seat at the Table Program offers three different categories of involvement – Review & Survey Group, Community Liaison and Advocate. We recommend you first consider being involved in the Review & Survey Group. Review and Survey Group

Your involvement ensures BCNA represents the voice of all Australians affected by breast cancer. If you are happy to share your personal experience of breast cancer through participating in surveys and other research or if you are interested in reviewing books or resources, you can register online to become a part of the Review & Survey Group. If are interested in being further involved in BCNA activities and have some time to spare, you might also consider becoming a Community Liaison. Community Liaison

The SATT Program Coordinator will follow up with a phone call to discuss your application and your interests with regards to the various roles. Discussion with Program Coordinator

We will give information about the one day Community Liaison Training Program which will be offered across Australia. Community Liaison Training Program  
After completing the one day training session you will receive confirmation of your appointment as a BCNA Community Liaison. We will then contact you to offer activities for your involvement

Community Liaisons who demonstrate an ongoing commitment, an interest and necessary skills will be identified by the SATT Program Coordinator to be considered for the Advocate Training Program.   Advocate Training Program

The Advocate Training Program ensures women have an understanding of the basic science of breast cancer and tools for being an effective Advocate. After completing the Advocate training you will then be considered for involvement in various roles as a BCNA Advocate.   Advocate
