Breast Cancer Network Australia is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) under item 1.2.15 of Section 30-20, Subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 as a specific health recipient. All donations $2 and over are tax deductible.
Endorsement as an income tax exempt charitable entity
Breast Cancer Network Australia qualifies for income tax exemption under Section 50-10 Item 2.1 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 as a non-profit organisation established for community service purposes, and is also endorsed as an income tax exempt charitable entity under Subdivision 50-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
