What does the My Care Kit contain?

Each Kit contains a Berlei bra and a soft form (if required) for wear after surgery. The Berlei bra has been specifically designed using soft fabric, and has minimal seams for maximum comfort.

I am a women who has, or will shortly be having, surgery for breast cancer. How do I receive a My Care Kit?

You can talk to your breast care health professional and ask them to place an order for you.

I had breast cancer surgery two years ago and I did not receive a My Care Kit, am I eligible for a Kit? 

No. The My Care Kit bra is specifically made to be worn up to 12 weeks after surgery and during radiation treatment. It is not designed to be worn after this time and is not a mastectomy garment for a permanent prosthesis.

Can the My Care Kit be purchased?

Yes. An additional My Care Kit can be purchased for $24.95. An Order Form is included in each My Care Kit. Women can order additional My Care Kits directly with BCNA by calling 1800 500 258.

What can I do if the My Care Kit arrives and the bra does not fit?

We offer a replacement service if the incorrect size has been ordered. Simply return the Kit, including your contact details, and the correct size you require to the address below and we will arrange a replacement to be sent within 7 days.
