Breast care health professionals, who are enrolled in the program, can order the My Care Kit free of charge, for women who have recently had breast cancer surgery. The Kit is then sent either directly to the woman or to the breast care health professional.
To place an order, breast care health professionals must first enrol in the program. Once enrolled, you will receive a User ID Number which will enable you to place orders online. Click on the link below to enter the online ordering system:
