Making an In Memory gift

If you wish to make a one-off In Memory gift, please either:

  • Phone 1800 500 258 during office hours with your credit card details handy
  •  Download the pdf In Memory donation form 36.15 Kb and attach it with your credit card details, cheque or money order and send to:

Organising a donation collection at a funeral

Many people ask friends to give a gift to Breast Cancer Network Australia instead of sending flowers.  If you are organising the funeral, ask your Funeral Director to provide you with a Breast Cancer Network In Memory donation envelopes. 

If they are unable to help you, please see below for ordering donation envelopes.

All gifts are acknowledged and receipted to the donor and a list of donors' names and addresses will be provided to the family.

To return the collected donations either:

  • Deliver them in person to our office at 293 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell, VIC
  • Collect all cash donations and write a cheque to BCNA.  Mail this with all donor forms and cheques to:

    Camberwell, VIC

If you would like people to make a donation to Breast Cancer Network Australia instead of sending flowers we suggest you inform people of this in the death notice.  Below is an example of wording:

'Donations in lieu of flowers to Breast Cancer Network Australia would be appreciated.'
