Judy, Queensland
Some lesbians report good experiences with the health care system, while others complained that 'coming out' daily was almost as stressful as their treatment.
For some, their breast cancer experience made them more aware of the difference between their experience and the experience of heterosexual women; others reflected that the breast cancer experience was very similar for all women, regardless of sexual orientation.
