With the support of our Major Partner and Sponsors we are working towards our vision that all Australians affected by breast cancer receive the very best support, information, treatment and care appropriate to their individual needs.

Major partner

Bakers Delight

Since 2000 we have nurtured a strong relationship with Bakers Delight. With more than 600 bakeries across Australia this unique partnership helps to raise awareness of BCNA at a grass roots level. The partnership unites the dedicated network of franchisees across the country. Each year we join forces for the Annual Pink Bun campaign. To date we have raised over $6.5million.

This partnership has been acknowledged by so many in the industry because it is a very real commitment that has helped BCNA to grow and ensure our work can reach more and more women.

Supporting sponsors

Berlei and BCNA formed a partnership in 2005 to bring comfort and support to women who have had breast cancer surgery through the My Care Kit.

Since January 2005, BCNA have been providing the My Care Kit program in partnership with Berlei. Berlei support this valuable program through the provision of Berlei post-surgery bras and soft forms, for women who undergo surgery for breast cancer, and also through financial support to administer the program.

Each October the team at Berlei produce a 'pink lady' bra to raise additional funds for our organisation.

Our long term partnership began in 2006. Together with the Sussan customers BCNA has received over $1 million for important programs and services.

The Sussan team support us in so many ways. From stunning products sold in store with a donation made to BCNA, to dressing our Community Liaisons and providing opportunities for the public to hear about how BCNA can support those breast cancer survivors. It is a partnership at every level.

Each year we turn the St Kilda beach front pink in the annual Sussan Women's Fun Run, where participants are encouraged to raise funds for BCNA.

Australia Post

Australia Post became a major supporter with BCNA in 2001 initially through its major sponsorship of the Field of Women project.

Australia Post continue their support into our My Journey Kit and Hope and Hurdles Pack through the provision of free mailbags. The My Journey Kit and Hope and Hurdles pack deliver quality information to women with early and secondary breast cancer.

Government support

Cancer Australia

The Australian Government supports BCNA in three of our key programs. As part of the Supporting Women in Rural Areas Diagnosed with Breast Cancer Program, BCNA receives funding to undertake a program of work to improve supportive care for women in rural ares diagnosed with breast cancer. This helps us to host regional and rural forums, conduct Community Liaison training and continue to develop our Online Network.

We also receive contributions from the government towards producing the My Journey Kit and Hope & Hurdles Pack.

BCNA has many sponsors who help to ensure we deliver our programs and services to women free of charge. Our sponsors help us through significant donations.
